6/19/12 Learning to paint shadows - Lakewood

I attended a Becky Parks workshop last week and was looking for a photo with good shadows.  The only one that remotely fit the bill was one that I took last year of Lakewood.  I took some artistic liberties and I am not totally finished with it but it survived a wet ride in my car from Rockwall without being ruined. If you go to Lakewood this year you might see the final version of this painting.
I think I got the idea that she was trying to convey to us but now I have to keep practicing what I learned.

    I really liked this part of the article, with a nice and interesting topics have helped a lot of people who do not challenge things people should know.. You need more publicize this so many people who know about it are rare for people to know this... Success for you.....!!!
