I am almost finished with my first aspens. They have to dry and be framed which will be a while from now.My obstacle is myself! Last Monday night just before the rain storm I had to go outside to get my dog and we both tripped over a large limb that fell from the tree. I tried to catch myself on the edge of the deck but missed and ended up with a broken left wrist! Thank goodness I am right-handed! I will have to have a plate and pins put in this coming Tuesday and then there will be the long road to recovery.
Don't be surprised if I don't post for a week or so but know that I do plan on painting, just slower than usual.
Love your aspens, but very sorry to hear about your broken wrist. Take care!

ReplyDeleteIt's been fun seeing the steps as this developed, but gosh Carol, so sorry to hear about your mishap! But iM' sure it won't keep you "out of the game" for long.
